Data maturity is a measure for how efficiently and effectively data assets are leveraged within your organization. A high level of data maturity is needed for a successful data governance initiative. This assessment will tell you what level your organization is regarding its data maturity.
How to take the assessment:

Next to each question is a drop-down menu. 
Select the maturity level of your organization in the drop-down menu.
Each section has a reference for the Answer Levels.  
Refer to the answer levels to determine your organization’s answer.
The questionnaire will calculate your organization’s maturity level for each section.
After completing each section, go to the results tab to see your results.
